We welcome this approach in our salon/spa and want you the client, to feel comfortable about your salon/spa experience. We pledge that each time you visit Reactions Hair Studio and Spa, you will experience the enviroment while being treated by a helpfull staff. |
When should I arrive at the spa?
To maximize the benefits of your spa experience, we suggest you arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time. This will allow you time to relax in the lounge and enjoy our complimentary steam shower and complete the necessary consultation forms for your therapist. All treatments are completed as scheduled, so please be aware that if you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened to ensure the next guest is not delayed. |
What if I have a special health conditions?
Your health and safety is always our first concern. Please make sure to inform the spa co-ordinator of any physical conditions you have that may affect your spa treatments, including, but not limited to skin irritations, high blood pressure, heart condition, pregnancy, epilepsy, post-operative states, and diabetes. |
What to wear during the treatment?
Please wear comfortable clothing to the spa. We will provide a robe and slippers for you. During treatments, you may wear underwear if you prefer . Our professional therapists are trained to drape you appropriately to maintain your privacy at all times. We also suggest you leave valuables and jewelry at home. |
What if I experience any discomfort during my treatment?
Your satisfaction is a priority. If something is not to your liking, please let your therapist know immediately. We will do everything possible to make sure your spa experience is an enjoyable one.
To ensure that you receive the complete benefits of your spa services, we recommend that you drink plenty of water before and after your spa treatment.

What if I am late for an appointment?
Arriving late will decrease the time of your treatment. Your treatment must end on time so that the next guest is not delayed. Should there be no booking after your treatment, your treatment will last the full duration. |
What if I need to cancel my spa appointment?
We understand that sometimes you need to cancel or postpone your treatment. In order to avoid a cancellation fee we require at least a 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling.Thank you for considering others and our policy. |
Gratuities
Gratuities may be left at the front desk, or with your therapist. Please keep in mind that we want all of our guests to enjoy their experience at the spa, and leaving a gratuity is at the guest's discretion |
Cell Phones
To preserve our tranquil setting, cell phones, pagers and tobacco are prohibited. |
Can I bring Children:
Out of respect for our spa clients and for the safety of all concerned we ask that you do not bring children to your spa experience. All children receiving salon services should be seated and supervised by an adult. This included accompanying them to the restroom to avoid any accidental interruption to any spa service. All ages are welcome with parental guidence.
